A pack of heat will help considerably. You can put a hot water bottle or a grain (or other grains), full container in the microwave. You can use it wherever you want, including, without negative side effects.

Sorry to hear that you are familiar with these problems, I know from experience how difficult it can be. The best thing you can do is to have the gal bladder removed surgically. This is the only durable solution. I just hope you have health insurance, because he at the time, and I continue to make payments of more than 3 years later .. But even if this were the case, it is worthwhile and can be fatal if not a daughter of the bubble form, which is just a continuous phenomenon. For the moment ... eat more healthily as possible so as not to cause gal on a stone step, be sure to foods that are digested more difficult to reduce and avoid, because that's what helps the bladder Gal, your digestion, so that if you have eaten something like corn, which is hardly acceptable, with a small stone can be found passing attack. Usually, the pain is so intense, there is much more we can do to get out of his retreat. Good luck, I hope that help fast!

I had the same problem. Until you take care of the problem of pain, do not eat, and avoid fried foods, foods high in fat such as meat, milk, butter, chips, too much oil in foods and food products you use common sense.

Good luck
