I know that in order to avoid
Lunch meats, tuna, sushi, condoms, papaya, caffeine, hot tubs, water parks, roller coasters, etc., fast food, what else is there?

Frankly, I was during my entire first quarter of fear. I was worried about everything. What to eat, drink, what, how much exercise to do just that! I have only waste 13 weeks of my life! Pregnancy is a blessed time in your life and you have to go to be happy and grateful for the little miracle inside you always. You can get an abortion, nor can stop. Then I saw every day in fear of what you have! :) I am now 22 weeks pregnant with a girl. I wish I had the first few weeks of stress, happy place.

One thing to avoid is STRESS! So relax and stop worrying so much!
